Counseling for Individuals

and Families

We believe that most people need counseling at some point in their lives. There are many reasons to seek counseling. You might have serious mental illness or serious symptoms that are not yet diagnosed. You might be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, emotional regulation, or have a trauma experience that you feel is still effecting you -- or you might be lonely and need someone to talk to and help to find ways to make more connections.

Case Management

If you need a more hands on approach to meet your goals, or the goals of a loved one we offer services that can provide that. Your loved one might need help with their computer or phone, they might need to set up transportation or caregiving. You might need to coordinate care with your multiple providers, or you might need help to find resources . We can help with these things.  Case managers are professionals who can help manage your care.

What to expect at LES:

  • Before, during, or after your first appointment, we will ask you to complete
questionnaires to help us assess your symptoms and needs, as-well-as
    determine your goals for treatment.

  • We will ask you to fill out paperwork for billing, consent to treat, and LES
and HIPPA policies so that we are on the same page with expectations.
  • We’ll discuss your background, mental health history, and current
functioning to help us determine how well you are doing and where you
    would like to be.
  • We will begin to discuss a personalized treatment plan so that we can collaborate on your treatment goals.
  • Please be aware: our office has dogs; we have clinicians with therapy dogs and clients with service dogs -- if you are allergic or prefer to not have canines in your presence -- we can make arrangements via tele-health for your appointments.
